<meaning>
The back of a person who left the city after his dream broke was lightened up by the snow reflection.
“Haiga” refers to the paintings with Haiku poems.
(”Haiku” is known as the Japanese shortest poem in the world that consists of seventeen-syllable.)
Poems were recited by Kobayashi Issa (June 15th, 1763-January 5th, 1828)who was a poet during the Edo period.
