Only 19 rooms there are in that hotel.  
That hotel is Garden Terrace Fukuoka designed by Mr. Ogawa, an apprentice of Mr. Kengo KUMA who is an architect of Japan National Stadium in Tokyo for the 2020 Olympic Games.

I like small luxury hotels like Garden Terrace Fukuoka.  
The location is not so good but we can see Hakata Bay and the marina with lots of sailing boats.

The staying guests can enjoy free charge of drinks at the lounge and their guest rooms.

The guest rooms are spacious with gorgeous bath space.  
We can enjoy the whole day in our guest rooms.

The breakfast is beyond description.  
Chefs cook eggs and more for the guests just in front of them in an open kitchen.

The room rate with breakfast for two persons is from 40,140JPY including tax and service charge.

I believe it is worth staying.

ロケーションはそれほどよくありませんが、博多湾を臨む景色は素晴らしいし、マリーナにはヨットが多数停泊しています。

宿泊客にはラウンジと客室でフリードリンクのサービスがあります。
（すべて無料ってなんて心地よいのでしょう。）

客室は広くバスルームは豪華ですから、丸一日客室でゆっくりできます。

朝食がすばらしい。　
目の前のオープンキッチンでシェフが卵を鉄板で焼いてくれます。

宿泊料金は朝食付きで税金サービス料込、のお部屋はお二人で40,140円からです。（一休.com）

このホテルには宿泊する価値がある、私はそう思います。
