The robot concierge started its operation on October 14, 2020.
Her name is Arisa.
She is placed at Shinjyuku-nishiguchi station of Ohedo line from Toei Transportation.

A customer can ask these questions by verbal communication and a touch panel.
The customer can get the information through a QR code.
The customer’s face is shown in the pink circle on the right, while the left pink circle always has Arisa’s face.
The customer’s statements are shown on the right side of the word balloons, while hers is shown on the left side.
Operation hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. including weekends and holidays.
You can ask any question so that you could enjoy seeing her responses.
When you come to Japan, what kind of questions would you like to ask her?
Have fun!
