I’ll introduce a true small luxury hotel in Kyushu (southern part of Japan), Olive Bay Hotel Nagasaki.

Oshima Zosen, a ship-building company owns this hotel to have a contract ceremony with its clients who ordered special cargo ships. 
It is in Oshima Island in Nagasaki prefecture.

There are only 32 guest rooms but every room is spacious with a bay scenery.  
We can relax and spend special time with our family or friends.

The designer of this hotel is a famous architect Mr. Kengo, Kuma who designed the National Sports Stadium or Kabuki-za Theater in Tokyo.
The exterior of the building is covered with natural wood which is his forte.  
The difference between the exterior and the interior is so much interesting.  
Ms. Eriko Horiki designed the bar on the third floor.  
It is coordinated with Washi, Japanese paper, and warm light.
